Refund Eligibility

Please note that we only offer refunds exclusively for items that are damaged. If you receive a product that has been damaged, please note that you have 24 hours to lodge the claim after receiving the product. If you have any questions or concerns about your abaya, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding!

Please be mindful that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sale items, or change of individual preferences. Therefore, we encourage you to select carefully before making a purchase. Refunds will also not be provided for products damaged due to mishandling or misuse.

Submitting a Refund Request

  1. Please contact our administration team at js.thelabel.aus@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Please provide a clear description of the damaged product along with supporting photographs of the defect.
  3. Our administration team will reach out to you within 24 hours and provide you with the next steps.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank processing time it may take some additional time.

In addition to this, we do not cover any associated costs in relation to your return. You will be responsible for any additional costs, e.g. shipping fee’s, tax costs, or the like costs associated with your return.
