JS The Label provides fast and reliable shipping within Australia. Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard (2-8 business days) or express delivery (1-3 business days).
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Please note: JS The Label will not be able to ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please take note that the provided timeframes for shipping are standard shipping methods and there may be delays caused by the freight company, public holidays, or payment authorisations. JS The Label will not be held liable for delivery delays that are caused by our freight companies.
International Deliveries
Deliveries outside Australia are sent by the Australian Post. Upon checking out a window will appear to you including various shipping methods to your input address along with tracking notifications.
- Standard Delivery Times Outside Australia: 5-10 business working days
- Express Delivery Times Outside Australia: 3-6 business working days
The Customer is responsible for ALL duties & taxes upon receipt of the product. JS The Label does NOT pay for any international duties & taxes.
If you are shipping to or ordering from outside Australia the Customer will be responsible for paying any local taxes, duties, VAT charges, or similar charges that is associated with your purchase of goods when receiving the package.
JS The Label will not be held liable for any lost products. Once the order has been shipped to your designated destination it is in the possession of the shipping courier, and any issues in relation to the lost item should be reported the carrier for resolution. We highly encourage you to track your order to ensure its safe delivery.
